“I started Honor Impact to amplify the meaningful impact created by our communities every day”
Roschelle Marshall - Founder
Kia ora, tālofa lava! After 20+ years of experience across the corporate, community, and social enterprise sectors, I have woven the strands of my experiences to create Honor Impact, a social enterprise dedicated to amplifying good change.
No matter where I’ve worked, my goal has always been to create positive change and experiences for people. I’m here to make positive change accessible for you and your organisation; to help you evidence your investment and amplify this through crafting your unique impact stories.
I’m also a lifelong learner and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, as well as Postgraduate Certificates in Business and Leading Change for Good, along with a Master's degree in Change and Organisational Resilience. I’m a member of Social Value Aotearoa and a Climate Reality Leader.
Every time you choose to work with Honor Impact, you are also supporting the growth of Pasifika entrepreneurs. As a social enterprise, our impact goal is to support 100 Pasifika entrepreneurs with capability and/or capital by 2030 #mission100 - find out more.
My mother is Samoan and my father is a second-generation kiwi from Scotland and Ireland. I’m also a Westie (#IYKYK) based in Tāmaki Makaurau, wife to Lee, and mama to two growing tamariki. I love beautiful, simple food, and psychological thrillers, and I think dogs are the best.
